I thought everybody knew my bloodline already.

I hope you guys had a nice Christmas, and a nice Boxing Day, and a nice day after Boxing Day, as well.  It's been suspiciously quiet here, but I don't know if I would go so far as to call it nice.  I heard that the Christmas feast was actually pretty good, but I didn't go.  I went to the Room of Requirement instead.

This is really weird, but it seemed like the Room was sending me mixed messages.  There was a fireplace, and there were stockings hanging and chestnuts roasting on the open fire and everything, but there were effigies of the Carrows burning in it.  And there was a table, too, and it had a fruitcake and some scented candles on one side, and a map of Hogwarts and a copy of The Art of War on the other.

It was sort of strange.

Do you still have your coins?

Do you two remember that thing we said we were going to do?  I was just thinking, and I realised that it's really important that we make sure Professor Snape and the Carrows stay away from his office.  He'd catch us otherwise.  That's really obvious.  I don't know why I mentioned that.  Sorry.

Anyway, what are we going to do?  Do you think we can sneak away during mealtimes?  Or in the middle of the night?  Professor Snape doesn't sleep in his office, does he?  Does he sleep?  I really don't want anyone to have to create a diversion.  That could be dangerous.  More dangerous, rather.
